I started testing out a program called The Re8uild on December 1st. The program consists of:
  • 10 Pages of Reading
  • 10 Minutes of Meditation
  • 30 Minutes of Exercise
  • 5 Power List Critical Tasks
Everything was going well—until around day 60. I wasn’t seeing the results I had hoped for, and impatience started creeping in. My routine got a little sporadic, small things slipped through the cracks, and I started missing tasks here and there.
 
That’s when it hit me. Focusing too much on the outcome instead of the daily work is what throws us off track. The results will come if the work gets done. The only job is to show up and put in the reps.
 
Today is day 1.
