Tomorrow will mark 1,000 days of using the Power List. If you’re not familiar, there are a lot of different versions, but I use Andy Frisella’s method: simply write down 5 critical tasks per day. If you get all 5 done, you won the day. If you miss any, you lost.
The idea is to stack way more wins than losses. While it’s a very simple tool and some might call it a to‑do list, it’s more than that. These are critical tasks that move your life forward, not things like “go to the grocery store.”
If you complete 5 things every day that get you closer to your goals, imagine where you’ll be in 1,000 days. I know I’m much further along than I was when I started.
