In the post earlier this week, we talked about how discipline beats motivation. Doing what you need to do regardless of motivation. But how do you build discipline? The simple answer is ‘do it anyway’ even when you don’t feel like it, but that’s often easier said than done.

Start small, build consistency, then scale up from there. A lot of us fall into the trap of trying to do too much at once, then burn out. Small habits move the needle. 1% better every day makes you a hell of a lot better in a year.
