I saw this quote from Will Durant ‘We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.’ and it got me thinking about daily habits. Specifically the Power List—five critical tasks per day that move your life forward.

When I think about my best days, they’re the days I get my list done, get some exercise, eat healthy, and do a little meditation. When a day like that is finished, I know I’ve taken a step towards excellence.

Sometimes we get big wins, but most of the work is in the smaller daily wins. Brick by brick, we’re building the person we want to be.
