I saw a post by a guy named Henry Poston where he talked about the cost of distraction being who you could have become. I thought a lot about this—at 51 years old, where would I be if I hadn’t allowed as much distraction as I do? Before we had smartphones, I was definitely more focused. Starting now, what if we dramatically reduce our distractions and as a result, improve our focus? Who can we become, and how fast? Let’s give it a try!
