Something I’ve been doing for close to 1,000 days now is the Power List.

The idea is simple: write down five critical tasks for the day that move your life forward. If you get them done, you won the day.

They’re not random to-dos. It’s stuff that actually matters long term: training, eating right, business moves, creating, reading, whatever you know you should be doing.

Some days I don’t feel like doing any of it. Having it written down makes it harder to lie to myself. Either I did it or I didn’t.

The crazy thing is how much those five lines on a piece of paper can stack up over time. One good day doesn’t change your life, but hundreds of them do.

If you’ve been feeling scattered, try it for a week and see how you feel.

Ima try to start implementing this into my daily routine. Right now Im in a residential treatment program mandated by the courts and im not gonna lie staying sober and not being in the game has been one of the hardest things I ever had to do. But if i start doing the list and accomplishing the tasks i think i will help me from being stuck in my head. Wish me luck…..

I agree with all the knowledge! Knowledge gives you power! Breakdown barriers! Conquer that unthinkable! Growth is painful, but in the long run, you shine brighter than a LED light👉🏻💡♾️🤘🏻🗝️🧨💜✊🏼👊🏻!!!!!!
