When I was in my 20s and 30s, I didn’t take my health seriously. There were times when I got in shape, ate better, and made progress, then things would slip back. It wasn’t until I was a little older that I realized everything in life is improved by taking better care of yourself.
It may not seem obvious that some things are directly affected by taking better care of yourself, but I’m convinced now that they are. My business, my mindset, my relationships, my mental health, everything is better when my physical health is being focused on.
What you put in and how you move your body affects everything. It’s all downstream from your health. It’s the vehicle that gets you where you want to go and it needs to be built up and maintained.

Amen, just stumbling into this lesson myself. It’s something that doesn’t sound like anything until you find it on your own, and even the,n it’s hard to welcome that kind of necessity into your life if you’re someone who identifies in opposition to things, which i assume most people who would be visiting your store do.
Thanks for sharing your thougths here, the notifications are a welcome mental break.
